The
Pian di Picche camping is
set in Levanto, in a silent corner of tranquility standing 800 mts. from the
historical centre, 250 mts. from the railway station and 1,000 mts. from sea and
piers - ferry boats reaching both the Cinque Terre and Portofino.
Comfortable pitches and
sites, grassland shadowed by colorful acacias, provide plenty of relaxation,
peace and contact with nature. Sanitation services (revamped in 2008) feature
the most caring attention to hygiene and neatness, hot water being included in
the global rate.

Levanto, euphonic word evoking the grace of one of the most lovely resorts of
the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, a stone’s throw from the Cinque Terre and
halfway between Tigullio and Cinque Terre. An easy reach (car, train, bus), it
is efficiently served by the A11 autostrada (exits Carrodano and Brugnato) and
by a central tourist information office.

A beautiful historical centre, a pleasant seashore lined with neat
stabilimenti balneari, a landscape of green, and a remarkable accommodation
system represent Levanto’s four of a kind. The last years have seen the
blossoming of water sports such as surfing and diving, too. |
